I read this story years ago and I still remember it.

A little boy asked to pet a woman's dog. When he did he looked into the dog's eyes and then turned to the woman and said: "Did you know you can see the whole world in the eyes of your dog?"

The woman looked and in the brown large eyes she could see reflections of herself and her environment. How profound that you can see your whole world in the eyes of a dog.

Airedale Terriers have different face shapes and ear placement. When I paint Airedales I'm always delighted to see that each dog is truly unique although their black saddle marks their family ties. The painting has gold paint through out the fur on the face giving these brothers a Golden Aire. First is my Gold Aire Series. 20% donation to the National Airedale Rescue.
